After 16 years and a million flushes both our toilets began to leak from the bowl bottom mounting bolts. I visited our local Home Depot for help and was please to find out that instead of buying two new toilets for $300.00 a simple bolt kit, flapper valve, flush kit and a ½ hour each would return them to like new condition! I was very pleased with my new plumbing skills, lol!
