My first steamed Artichoke in four years.

Beth and I use to enjoy steamed Artichokes but unfortunately due to my bout with cancer I couldn't eat them any longer. Well fast forward four years and a set of new teeth I'm able to enjoy them once again!! Yay for me, lol!!

New BBQ.

After almost 15 years of service our old four burner stainless steal BBQ finally gave up from corrosion and wear. Luckily Home Depot was having a great sale on a two burner model so I bought one and with the help of my neighbor Brad we took the old BBQ to the metal scrapper!

Golfing with Chris.

My good friend Chris has taken me under his wing to teach me the game of golf!
He has even supplied me with a set of clubs and I'm really enjoying the time together.

40th Annual Wellington County Car Show "Fergus Ontario".

Had a super time at the 40th annual Antique and Classic Car Show held on Sunday at the Wellington County Museum and Archives.

Cars, trucks and vintage motorbikes were gathered on the front lawn of the museum at noon. Awards were presented to the cars with the best interior, best paint job, and best in show as voted by visitors.
Entertainment at the show included the Fergus Brass Band. There was yummy barbecue foods available for purchase with the proceeds to be donated to Centre Wellington Food Bank.
As you can see the weather was fantastic!

Visting the Donaghy family.

Thanks to Barri and family for an enjoyable stay at their most excellent B&B during our trip to Canada. Marco and I look for to a return visit.

Marco and I visit Mom and Dad.

In September Marco and I traveled home to Canada and visited my parents for three weeks. We had a wonderful time seeing all the family and just resting. We plan a return trip for Christmas!

Jackson Sarc

2015 has not been a good year!
In August Marco and I lost our beloved friend and companion Jackson to cancer.
We miss him terribly but know he's with Beth in Heaven where they are both healthy and happy.
RIP my beautiful boy!

Our last vacation. Destin Florida "Henderson Park Inn".

Voted the most romantic hotel in North America and rated #l in a list of the best hotels on the beach in Destin FL by Trip Advisor, the Henderson Park Inn is an oceanfront hotel overlooking more than a mile of the most pristine, undeveloped white sandy beaches in Destin. This luxurious all-inclusive resort in Florida is a New England-style gulf-front retreat that is adults-only. Our bed and breakfast includes a gourmet breakfast, picnic boxed lunch, sunset cocktails at the "Tiki Hut", complimentary wine, grapes and chocolates upon arrival, beach chairs and umbrellas, bicycles and more…
We had a wonderful time and many thanks to Pete and Kristi for offering the trip to us.
Beth's smile was never bigger!
